One turkey breast, my son killed a wild turkey.. clean breast and remove all cartlidge,and membrane



marinade in lemon juice, pepper,a little rosemary, sage ground,cayanne , salt ..place in fridge over night
next day>>

place in pressure cooker, olive oil about i/4 cup,,on med heat sear ),brown )both sides till golden

put lid on, and the pit cock` bring to temp where the pitcock is jiggling about once every three minutes read ur instructions to ur pressure cooker, cook for 30 minutes~,,let cool on its on, when cool, remove turkey breast let completely cool, slice,serve with wild rice and asparagus~black bean salad~ this was what we had for supper tonight~

Hubby is cooking today's breakfast,Ham and Cheese omelets, cinnamon biscuits, with fresh fruit  salad~
