1 tube Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
8 oz. yogurt (any flavor)
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. fresh fruit (any fruit you desire)
8 oz. coconut (optional)
Flatten out dough with hands on ungreased pizza pan. Bake according to cookie dough directions. Let cool.
Mix yogurt and cream cheese and spread on cooled cookie dough. Arrange desired fruits on top and sprinkle with coconut. Keep refrigerated. Yield: 10 to 12 slices.
