Candy great article, Kentucky was not the only state hit by this terrible storms , in all 10 states had damage and loss of life. Mother Nature has certainly been showing her power lately. Spring time always comes with a storm outbreak and today is going to be no different, they are lining up now.

Hi S.S.C.
Thanks for replying
There is a saying which goes something like this.

March comes in like a LION and
goes out like a Lamb.

I might have got the animals wrong. lol

Is this the Tornado season? We do not have Tornados thank goodness.

I saw the path on the map...
Is it to do with cold air meeting warm air...

More on the way..not good.

The Tornados line you get one after another...

Tell me more?????

Yes you are correct in cold air meeting warm southern air, these cause unstable conditions thus storm formation, tornadoes don't line up but they are generated from the rain storms that are formed. High tec weather radars can spot formations and patterns in these storms thus making it possible to give warnings for those in the storms paths to seek shelter.
