I see her doing the vibrato at the end of notes and she's pushing the strings also. Like you say,when she gets some strength in her fingers,she will be unstoppable.

Yeah she is good. I think it goes beyond just strength in her fingers which will happen, you are correct, but also she will be more experienced and will continuing learning through the years. Every musician gets better the more they practice. She has a lot of potential to be a great guitarist if she continues to play.
