those look good, i like a porterhouse which is mainly a T BONE with an extra large filet, i guess porterhouses are off the end. when the market cuts t bone, the filet gets bigger, those had big filets, but some i have seen have hardly any, i imagine that is of the other end, that has the small filet, but those were almost porterhouses, i marinate mine in dales steak sauce or moores, but not to long just a hour or 2, not over nite, dales has more salt than moores, im not sure where dales is sold, it started here in dales restaurants then like when i was in my 20s they started bottling it, it looks like Worcestershire sauce and i imagine has some in it, among other thing, acutally general dollar store has a brand i like and its cheeper than dales, but i have hardly ever had a bad steak, for me its Tbone or porterhouse,

I'd like to try the dales sometime I never had it. Send me a bottle. lol

I could look it up on the internet and probably order a bottle. They might sell it online.

I don't usually put BBQ or marinate on my steaks. I use dry seasoning mostly and then put it right on the grill. I have marinated them before thou. That is a good way to do them too. I have used "Paul Newman's Italian salad dressing as a base of my marinated. It works really good believe it or not. I marinate it with Paul Newman's along with a dash of Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper it and let it sit for a very hours/ Even overnight is good. I also fork it all over to help get the marinate seeded into it deeply and help tenderize it. Then fire up the grill the next day and get it really hot, and put them on. But I mostly now days just use some light seasoning and throw it on the grill as is. I'm always satisfied with that simple method.

yep when i was in the national guard, we had to fry steaks, and our cook one was Italian, and he fryed the steaks on a big flat grill we had, in Italian dressing which was good. ur marinade sounds good, i bet u have something like dales, dales is strong or kinda salty thats why i only do them for like a couple of hours, moores is another brand thats about the same but not as salty or strong, and like i said general dollar store has a off brand that is just as good, but i have bought it only once and dont know the name of it, but its looks just like Worcestershire sauce but does not taste like it , like i said but i think it has some in it, but looks like it, so at the grocery store, look for steak sauce that looks like that, but urs sounds really good also, beef prices are high right now, i heard why but forgot, , take care,
