this is delicious

you want fairly thick bacon slices

dip in butter milk
dredge in flour until heavily coated ,that has been seasoned with
especially lots of black pepper

Fry in skillet use enough oil
to cover pan ,and keep bacon from sticking
brown on both sides
Makes the best sandwich
with good thick bread.sliced mater(fresh) if possible
slab of onion and dressing of your choice
Yum umm Good!
