1 Raspberry pie on Sun Jun 28, 2009 4:21 pm


I just picked two quarts of Raspberries
I made a pie
use your favorite crust recipe,I am using the standard pie crust
two cups raspberries(reserve rest for a sauce on top
1cup sugar.rmore use ur own taste

lemon zest+1teaspoon of juice
1 tablespoon of corn starch mix all
ingredients and pour into crust
dot top with butter as much as you like
add remaining crust to top of pie
crimp edges together,vent I have little birds vent I use
.bake for 30 minutes untill golden brown
chop rest of raspberries until coarsely chopped add
sugar to taste
Slice pie
add scoop of vanilla ice cream
and spoon raspberries on top~

This is yummy,

Sounds good I love them, but I substitute Splenda in place of sugar.

I do also, but I put sugar on the recipe here, because it is my original recipe..

yes you most certainly can, if there were any left, it didn't even have time to cool off LOL
