1 envelope gelatin
8 oz. cream cheese
2 small cans crabmeat --Or--1 pound fresh crab meat--tastes better
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup celery finely chopped
1 cup onions finely chopped
Heat soup, dissolve gelatin stirring constantly until dissolved. Let cool slightly.
Put in mixer with cream cheese and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Stir in crab, celery, onion and mix well. Put into lightly oiled or sprayed mold.
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Serve with Ritz crackers
