Soft shell crabs
Mayonnaise
Cayenne pepper
Lettuce
Tomato
Sliced pickles
Mayonnaise
Peanut oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Creole seasoning (Tony's)
All-purpose flour
Po-boy bread or french bread
Clean soft shell crabs(remove lungs and excess fat), mix flour, salt and pepper and Tony's. Powder crabs with flour mix and fry in peanut oil until golden. Drain crabs on paper towels. Make po-boy with crabs and dress.
